LEADCAP is an organic additive developed specifically for warm mix asphalt pavement. LEADCAP is produced by Kumho Petrochemical Ltd. which is one of the largest producers of synthetic rubbers. Kumho's KTR SBS thermoplastic elastomer is widely used for Polymer Modified Asphalt (PMA) in the US and the World.
